I’ve been working in talent development for individuals and organisations for over 25 years now, both internally and externally as a trusted partner. In Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Africa; and with leaders at every stage of their journey from High Potential to CEO.

My own journey has mirrored this path. Nowadays, I work primarily as a 1:1 coach, a team coach, a leadership development facilitator, and a talent assessor. Throw a bit of culture and strategy into that mix too. I’ve worked on award-winning leadership programmes and with the best in the business. It’s been a ride.

As a professional coach I’ve trained in a number of schools (e.g. ILM Level 7, Leadership Challenge, ORSC Practitioner, and BPS Test User A&B) and am certified in numerous tools, including the Hogan suite, Leadership Circle, Facet5, OPQ, Saville Wave, Advanced CQ, and more. I only work with resources as appropriate for the journey.

As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council since 2012, I abide by the Global Code of Ethics and am accredited at Senior Practitioner level.
